AiNA soa is a place where one’s own personality can develop. My wish is that all employees of AiNA soa are able to use this development and learn together and from each other.  Because this is how AiNA soa becomes a place where people encourage and inspire each other and thus grow continuously.

At AiNA soa I am responsible for the human resources area. In the past few years, I have already learned a lot through this area of responsibility. For example, how important it is to always treat each other with an appreciative attitude. I was able to learn a lot about the importance of differences. I realized that we are all very different and that, with all our different strengths and weaknesses, everyone is totally valuable and unique. We appreciate working together and respect each other, which is very important for the work of AiNA soa, because it strengthens the trust in each other. Through interacting with many different people, I have especially improved my skills of active listening. Whether I am communicating with someone who is very calm or upset, introverted or extroverted, my communication skills have developed greatly through all these years.

Professionally, my role is not always easy and not every situation brings me joy, but I have learned a lot from the past and try to take advantage of it for future challenges and to do my job well. The most important thing for me is that I have learned to listen, observe and appreciate the different ideas and interests of all employees. Because through the different perspectives our work gets a good balance to be able to make solution-oriented decisions.

My wish is that every employee remains committed, enjoys his or her work and feels valued and treated fairly.

I am grateful for all the experiences I have had at AiNA soa. They have helped me in my personal growth and they motivate me to be eager to learn more about my surroundings.

I look forward to the upcoming time with AiNA soa and the new experiences I may gain in the new year.

Sincerely,

Ioly
